Create visual concepts and designs, by using expertise and computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Main Responsibilities

1. Creates, develops, and executes quality designs for marketing vehicles including collateral, brochures, newspaper ads, magazine ads, in-store signs, emails, presentations, packaging, internal campaigns, banners, pop-up, tags, icons, appearances frames for front-end of website, POSM (Point of Sales Materials) for stores and internal ad hoc requests;

2. Collaborates with line manager and other marketing team members to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s);

3. Ensures assignments adhere to the approved brand and messaging guidelines to maintain our corporate identity;

4. Participate in all marketing campaigns;

5. Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;

6. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree

- Professional major: Graphic Design

- English communication

- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop), Desktop Publishing Tools

- Related experiences: At least 3 years in Design Experience.
